- Oberon Mall – Oberon Mall is the first of its kind mall in Kerala, located on the NH bypass road, just a kilometer from the Edapally Junction. Oberon Mall is built over 350,000 square feet (33,000 m2) and the building stands on about 2 acres (8,100 m2) of land. Oberon Mall also has the first multiplex theatre facility in Kerala.
- Lulu Cochin Mall – Lulu Cochin mall is a shopping mall under construction located on bypass junction. It will be built on an area of 2,200,000 square feet (200,000 m2), with total area for mall alone at 1,698,000 square feet (157,700 m2), making it the biggest shopping mall of India.
- Emmanuel Silks – Inaugurated by Shah Rukh Khan on 4 December 2011. At 5 Lakh square feet area, it is the world's largest textile showroom.
- Changampuzha Samskarika Kendram- consisting of a small children's park,a library an open auditorium where program has been organized every 365 days(only programs of associated to Indian culture shall be entertained)
there also works an OLD MEN FORUM(a space for veterans to share their experience)
- Raghavan pillai park- small children play area.
- Edappally Railway Overbrige was inaugurated on 4 February 2012. Edappally North (Kunnumpuram Junction) is the next main junction after Edapally junction, on way to Guruvayur from Ernakulam.
