Ed Royce
Edward Randall "Ed" Royce (born October 12, 1951) is the U.S. Representative for California's 40th congressional district, and previously the 39th, serving in Congress since 1993. He is a member of the Republican Party. The district lies in northern Orange County, including portions of Stanton, Cypress, Buena Park, Fullerton, Anaheim, Placentia, and Orange. Redistricting has forced Royce to run in the newly created 39th congressional district in 2012 against Democratic challenger Jay Chen.
