E 77 Road (United Arab Emirates)

E 77 (Arabic: إ ٧٧‎) is a route in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It beings as at the 7th interchange of Sheikh Zayed Road (E 11) near Jebel Ali Industrial Area, and progresses southward towards the interior town of Hatta, intersecting with the Dubai-Al Ain Highway (E 66) along the way. E 77 eventually merges with E 44 at Al Lehbab, which leads to Hatta.

Important city landmarks and localities such as Dubai Investment Park and the soon to be built Dubai World Central International Airport are located on E 77's pathway to Lehbab.

Famous quotes containing the words road and/or arab:

In one notable instance, where the United States Army and a hundred years of persuasion failed, a highway has succeeded. The Seminole Indians surrendered to the Tamiami Trail. From the Everglades the remnants of this race emerged, soon after the trail was built, to set up their palm-thatched villages along the road and to hoist tribal flags as a lure to passing motorists.

    I saw the Arab map.
It resembled a mare shuffling on,
    dragging its history like saddlebags,
nearing its tomb and the pitch of hell.
Adonis [Ali Ahmed Said] (b. 1930)
