The dynamic enterprise is enabled by a dynamic communications framework that interconnects networks, people, processes and knowledge. Alcatel-Lucent introduced this concept in February 2008 in Paris at its annual Forum event. The Alcatel-Lucent Dynamic Communications Framework provides:
