Dungeon Master of Ceremonies

Dungeon Master of Ceremonies is the fourth album by nerdcore hip hop artist mc chris. The album had a set of tracks that also did not make the cut, and most of the tracks were later released on MC Chris's MySpace and forums. The title is a reference to the Dungeon Master, the "referee" of the game Dungeons & Dragons. The other reference is Master of Ceremonies (MC) which is a commonly used name for rappers.

Famous quotes containing the words dungeon, master and/or ceremonies:

    O who shall from this dungeon raise
    A soul enslaved so many ways?
    With bolts of bones, that fettered stands
    In feet; and manacled in hands:
    Here blinded with an eye; and there
    Deaf with the drumming of an ear;
    A soul hung up, as ‘twere, in chains
    Of nerves, and arteries, and veins;
    Andrew Marvell (1621–1678)

    One of my playmates, who was apprenticed to a printer, and was somewhat of a wag, asked his master one afternoon if he might go a-fishing, and his master consented. He was gone three months. When he came back, he said that he had been to the Grand Banks, and went to setting type again as if only an afternoon had intervened.
    Henry David Thoreau (1817–1862)

    Friendship should be surrounded with ceremonies and respects, and not crushed into corners. Friendship requires more time than poor busy men can usually command.
    Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803–1882)
