Inconsistencies
It is mentioned that Laurana's mother died some time previous to these events. (p. 353) But in the Chronicles series, during events taking place after the events of this novel, her mother is mentioned as being alive. (p. 677 Annotated Chronicles).
Feal-thas, the Icewall Wizard, is said to have taken a lover and was consequently exiled from the elvish kingdom at age eighteen. As elves age more slowly than humans, this would make him the equivalent of a young child.
