The Regional also has a Drama Club run by students and supervised by very helpful teacher volunteers. In December 2010, the club put on a production of "The Hunchback of Notre Dame", in spring 2009, "Robin Hood", and in Spring 2008, "Peter Pan". The plays and usually lighthearted and fun in nature, take place on the school's Audio/Visual room's stage, and are generally attended by parents, students, and members of the community.

Famous quotes containing the words student and/or council:
“here
to this college on the hill above Harlem
I am the only colored student in my class.”
—Langston Hughes (1902–1967)
“There by some wrinkled stones round a leafless tree
With beards askew, their eyes dull and wild
Twelve ragged men, the council of charity
Wandering the face of the earth a fatherless child....”
—Allen Tate (1899–1979)
