Recent Years

In December 2005, Syracuse University announced it had purchased eleven buildings downtown, and leased another. Hundreds of faculty, staff, and students began using the buildings in the spring of 2006. Syracuse University Chancellor, Nancy Cantor's motto for the venture was "Exploring the Soul of Syracuse." The main building of Syracuse University downtown is The Warehouse.

Famous quotes containing the word years:

I do not portray the thing in itself. I portray the passage; not a passing from one age to another, or, as the people put it, from seven years to seven years, but from day to day, from minute to minute.
    Michel de Montaigne (1533–1592)

Let us love nobly, and live, and add again
Years and years unto years, till we attain
To write threescore: this is the second of our reign.
    John Donne (c. 1572–1631)
