Dogo Cubano

Dogo Cubano also known as Cuban Mastiff, Cuban Dogo and Cuban Dogge is an extinct breed of dog from Cuba. It was of Bull Mastiff type. This breed of dog was used for dog fighting.

This breed of dog was introduced in Cuba to capture runaway slaves (cimarrones). After the abolition of slavery it became too expensive to feed the dogs and the breed ceased to exist with time.
