Doctor Who at The BBC: The Plays

Doctor Who at the BBC: The Plays is a compilation album of three original BBC audio dramas inspired by the effect of the long-running British science fiction television series Doctor Who on its fans and others. The plays were originally broadcast separately on BBC Radio on various dates, and the compilation was released to audio CD on 4 September 2006.

Famous quotes containing the words doctor who, doctor and/or plays:

It is said, proverbially, that happy is the doctor who is called in when the disease is on its way out.
    François Rabelais (1494–1553)

Every doctor will allow a colleague to decimate a whole countryside sooner than violate the bond of professional etiquet by giving him away.
    George Bernard Shaw (1856–1950)

The plays of children are nonsense, but very educative nonsense. So it is with the largest and solemnest things, with commerce, government, church, marriage, and so with the history of every man’s bread, and the ways by which he is to come by it.
    Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803–1882)
