Recent DVD Release Is Complete

The famous beginning sequence, often hacked in public domain transfers, is complete in every respect including the initial fade-in and with no discontinuities in the action nor the sound track.

There are a few splices within the entire film, however, possibly "lab" splices, hence intentional.

This version is complete including the ending titles and the final fade-out.

Famous quotes containing the words release and/or complete:

If I were to be taken hostage, I would not plead for release nor would I want my government to be blackmailed. I think certain government officials, industrialists and celebrated persons should make it clear they are prepared to be sacrificed if taken hostage. If that were done, what gain would there be for terrorists in taking hostages?
    Margaret Mead (1901–1978)

It is ... pathetic to observe the complete lack of imagination on the part of certain employers and men and women of the upper-income levels, equally devoid of experience, equally glib with their criticism ... directed against workers, labor leaders, and other villains and personal devils who are the objects of their dart-throwing. Who doesn’t know the wealthy woman who fulminates against the “idle” workers who just won’t get out and hunt jobs?
    Mary Barnett Gilson (1877–?)
