Diyawanna Oya (Parliament Lake; Tamil: தியவன்ன ஓயா) is one of the lakes within Sri Jayawardenapura-Kotte, Sri Lanka.
The new Sri Lankan Parliament Building was built on an island formed at the center of the lake using dredgings from the surrounding marshlands.
