  • Marshall Islands
  • Myanmar
  • Oman
  • Singapore
  • Solomon Islands
  • Suriname
  • Thailand
  • Timor Leste
  • Tuvalu
  • United States

Furthermore, the convention has not been ratified for Aruba, CuraƧao, Sint Maarten and the Caribbean Netherlands within the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
