Goi has dark brown hair, hazel eyes, and is of medium height. He has two visible facial piercings; a nose ring and a labret. He also has tattoo sleeves on both upper arms that flow onto his chest. In 1995 he sported a shaved head with two streaks of hair down the middle. When his hair grew to a fairer length in 1999 he began to bring it into a spiking fashion and in 2004 he began wearing eye liner on a regular basis. In the trios new album, Des Wahnsinns Fette Beute (Fat Booty Of Madness) Dero has flat hair with a new touch. Being seen in their music video "Zwei Schritte Vor," Dero does not have spiked hair anymore.
