Dennis Beltran Mendiola (born September 1, 1967, New York City) is an entrepreneur and investment banker who co-founded the Chikka mobile communications company. Dennis Mendiola, however, was fired as the CEO of Chikka when external auditor SGV, the Philippine partner of Ernst & Young, revealed that the corporation’s cash advances during the past four years accumulated to P11 million, P8 million of which were advanced by Dennis Mendiola himself was never liquidated.
