- 2008-09 (GP:46 W:30 L:11 OTL:5 GF:285 GA:215 PTS:65) Canfield was a co-founder Jamestown Jets, named Director of Hockey Operations and Head Coach. The Jets won the President Trophy (UJHL) in their first season for being the Regular Season Champions and would eventually lose in the league Finals of the best of 3 series to the Findlay Growwl. Several Jets won league honors including Forward Joe Coyne (Scoring Champion) and Tyler Underhill (Most Goals)
- 2009-10 (GP:51 W:22 L:26 OTL:3 GF:248 GA:264 PTS:47) 3rd Place, Lost Semi-final. The Jets qualified for the playoffs and the teams Captain Nate Hughes was named the League MVP. He has since attended SUNYAC Morrisville (NCAA DIII).
- 2010-11 (GP:42 W:27 L:12 OTL:3 GF:247 GA:194 PTS:57) 3rd place overall GMJHL. South Division Title Lost Quarter-final. The Jets became the 1st American team to participate in the Greater Metro Hockey League. The team would win the South Division title and were led by the 2010-11 GMHL Top Defensemen Tyler Nelson.
