Defecation - Cleaning

Cleaning

The anus and buttocks may be cleansed with toilet paper, similar paper products, or other absorbent material. In some cultures water is used (e.g. as with a bidet or lota) either in addition or exclusively. In Japan, some toilets known as washlets are designed to wash and dry the anus of the user after defecation. This is very common in households, or public washrooms in Japan.

Famous quotes containing the word cleaning:

The disgust with dirt can be so great that it keeps us from cleaning ourselves—from “justifying” ourselves.
    Friedrich Nietzsche (1844–1900)

Conditional love is love that is turned off and on....Some parents only show their love after a child has done something that pleases them. “I love you, honey, for cleaning your room!” Children who think they need to earn love become people pleasers, or perfectionists. Those who are raised on conditional love never really feel loved.
    Louise Hart (20th century)
