Personal Life
Benson is the father to three daughters and one son.
An avid road biker, Benson competed in the LOTOJA bike race in 2008.
He served a two-year mission in Sweden for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Benson's twin brother, Lee Benson, is a newspaper columnist for Salt Lake City's Deseret Morning News.
