Declan Carr

Declan Carr (born 30 July 1965 in Dublin, Ireland) is a retired Irish sportsperson. He played hurling with his local club Holycross-Ballycahill and with the Tipperary senior inter-county team from 1981 and 1993. Carr captained Tipperary to the All-Ireland title in 1991.
