David Wright

David Allen Wright (born December 20, 1982) is an American baseball player, who plays third base for the New York Mets of Major League Baseball. He was drafted by the Mets in 2001, and made his Major League debut in 2004. Wright is a six-time All-Star, two-time Gold Glove Award winner and two-time Silver Slugger Award. He also is a member of the 30–30 club. In addition he holds the Mets record for most career RBIs, doubles, total bases, runs scored, and hits.
