David Hamilton (tenor)
David Mulvenna Hamilton is a Scottish-born Australian operatic tenor.
David Mulvenna Hamilton was born in Scotland on 22 March 1960, where he studied Singing and Flute at Napier College, Edinburgh, Scotland. (L.T.C.L.) and The Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Dance. (D.R.S.A.M.). His teachers included Lillian Liddell, Grant Dickson and Robert Gard.
He moved to Australia in 1979 and is now based in Sydney. He was a member of "The Song Company" from 1986–91 and a full-time member in 1996.
