Education

Daventry has two secondary schools: The Parker E-Act Academy to the north of the town and Danetre School - Specialist Engineering College in the borough towards the east near the BBC transmitter. And they now have a sixth form under the DLP (Daventry Learning Partnership). Sixth form provision is provided by Northampton College (former Daventry Tertiary College). Daventry University Technical College is due to open in the town in 2013.

Primary education facilities include St James' Infant School, Falconer's Hill Junior School, Abbey Junior School and Ashby Fields Primary School - which is a values based school. The Grange primary school
