Famous quotes containing the words north, community and/or centre:

    A brush had left a crooked stroke
    Of what was either cloud or smoke
    From north to south across the blue;
    A piercing little star was through.
    Robert Frost (1874–1963)

The job of an activist is to make people tense and cause social change.
    Al, Reverend Sharpton (b. 1954)

    The great God absolute! The centre and circumference of all democracy! His omnipresence, our divine equality!
    Herman Melville (1819–1891)
