Japan
The Japanese version is called Shall We Dance? It has the same title as the 1996 movie by the same name, but it has no relation to the movie beyond the shared name. Due to the fact that there was already a series-special dancing program, and that and many cast members from it also appeared in the new program, the Japanese version was confused with a regularly scheduled version of the series-special, rather than its own version of the TV series. This one ran from 8 April 2006, to 17 March 2007 on NTV-4.
