Personal Life
Patrick's first marriage ended in divorce. His second wife, Janetlea "Jan" Patricia Patrick (née Rankin), is a former teacher. The couple were married in 1975 and live in the Houston suburb of Cypress. They have two children, Ryan and Shane.
Patrick's son Ryan, born in 1979, had been an Assistant District Attorney in Harris County since 2006 and was appointed to the 177th Criminal District Court judge on August 24th, 2012. On November 6, 2012, he was elected to a full four year term. He graduated in 2001 from Baylor University. Ryan and his wife, Kellie, have one son, Zachary.
Patrick's daughter Shane was born in 1984. She graduated in 2006 from Baylor University and works as nurse.
