Dallas Crane

Dallas Crane is an Australian alternative rock band from Melbourne, Australia. Dallas Crane was named after the father of a mate of the band. In January 2004, the band signed a recording and publishing deal with Albert Productions, the home of AC/DC. The band recorded an album with Wayne Connolly, who has also produced You Am I and Underground Lovers. The self-titled album was released mid-July 2004 and the first single, "Dirty Hearts", made the ARIA top 50 on release in 2004. The album was well received and seen as their best yet. Nominated for three ARIA awards, the album has already been called an Australian Classic.
