Daleks with unique characteristics have appeared in stage productions consisting of both original works and adaptations of serials from the Doctor Who television programme. In addition to the professional productions detailed below a number of amateur presentations have been staged. These include Doctor Who and the Daleks in the Seven Keys to Doomsday (Porirua Little Theatre, Titahi Bay, Porirua, New Zealand, 1984), The Evil of the Daleks (New Theatre Royal, Portsmouth, England, 2006) and The Dalek Masterplan (New Theatre Royal, Portsmouth, England, 2007).
