Distro independent while currently deployed only on Fedora and Red Hat Enterprise Linux distributions is ABRT - Automated Bug-Reporting Tool. ABRT intercepts core dumps from applications and after a user confirmation sends bug report to various bug tracking systems, such as Fedora Bugzilla.
