Services and Resources
Eighty-six regional and community branch libraries, four bookmobiles, and four special reference/resource centers provide library services to the public. The library system offers consumer health information under CHIPS (Consumer Health Information Program and Services), and four ethnic resource centers that provide specialized resource materials focusing on the American Indian, African American, Asian-Pacific American, and Latino communities.
