Air Cooling
Further information: Computer fanFans are most commonly used for air cooling when natural convection is insufficient. Computer fans may be fitted to the computer case, and attached to CPUs, GPUs, chipset, PSU, hard drives and PCI cards. Common fan sizes include 40, 60, 80, 92, 120, and 140 mm square. As of 2011, 200mm to 230mm fans are sometimes used in high-performance computers.
