Complete Madness is the first greatest hits album by ska/pop group Madness. It was released in 1982 (see 1982 in music) and included Madness' biggest hits from their first three studio albums and all the stand-alone singles. Complete Madness spent 99 weeks on the UK charts peaking at number 1. A corresponding VHS video was also released, containing all thirteen of the group's music videos up to that point (the twelve singles plus "Bed and Breakfast Man").
The album was re-issued in 2010.

Famous quotes containing the words complete and/or madness:
“We place no particular value upon the possession of a virtue until we detect its complete absence in our adversary.”
—Friedrich Nietzsche (18441900)
“In this century the writer has carried on a conversation with madness. We might almost say of the twentieth-century writer that he aspires to madness. Some have made it, of course, and they hold special places in our regard. To a writer, madness is a final distillation of self, a final editing down. Its the drowning out of false voices.”
—Don Delillo (b. 1926)
