- Franca Munoz-Juvera and Antonia Munoz-Juvera, former faculty members were involved in a scandal that made the local news in 2006. Riverside County Sheriff's investigators charged Franca with lewd acts with a minor. Antonia was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, not a sex crime, although she was allegedly aware of her sister's involvement. In addition, Eileen Valerio, a former Colony High School student was charged with delinquency of a minor.
