Coles County Memorial Airport covers an area of 1,225 acres (496 ha) at an elevation of 722 feet (220 m) above mean sea level. It has three runways:

  • Runway 11/29 is 6,501 by 150 feet (1,982 x 46 m) with a concrete/grooved surface; ILS equipped
  • Runway 6/24 is 5,799 by 100 feet (1,768 x 30 m) with an asphalt surface
  • Runway 18/36 is 1,080 by 250 feet (329 x 76 m) with a turf surface

  • Fixed base operator: Central Illinois Air
  • Airport Steakhouse Restaurant

For the 12-month period ending December 31, 2010, the airport had 32,708 aircraft operations, an average of 89 per day: 92% general aviation, 8% air taxi, and <1% military. At that time there were 60 aircraft based at this airport: 82% single-engine, 8% multi-engine, 5% helicopter, and 5% ultralight.
