Reported Events History
From 2001 until March 10, 2011, Cofrentes NPP has made 25 unplanned shutdowns and it has notified to the Nuclear Safety Council (CSN, in Spanish) 102 security events, three of them to level 1 on the International Nuclear Event Scale (INES).
Cofrentes plant has notified an average of 10 reported events by year in the last decade.
In the nineties, it had three reported events of level 1, which are described as 'anomalies'.
