Transformers: Cybertron
In the series, Coby is a 14-year-old boy who lives in Colorado with his younger brother, Bud, and older brother, Tim. Coby and Bud, along with their friend, Lori (the only female of the series), befriended the Autobots after finding and aiding the damaged Landmine.
Coby is a mechanical genius, which he has demonstrated on numerous occasions by helping the Autobots with their repairs. He enjoys dirtbike racing and has worked at a mechanic's shop. Coby repaired and customized a damaged Scrapmetal drone that he could pilot, called the "Cobybot" in Cybertron ("Cobyrumble" in Galaxy Force). He used it to save Bud, who was trapped among the Decepticons, and thus earned an unofficial place among the fighting ranks of the Autobots.
