Clipperstown Railway Station - Service

Service

On weekdays, there is a half-hourly service to Belfast Central with extra trains at peak times, some continuing to Great Victoria Street. In the other direction, there is a half-hourly service with the terminus alternating between Carrickfergus and Larne Harbour every half an hour, with extra services to Whitehead at peak times.

On Saturdays, there are less peak services, and all Belfast-bound trains terminate at Great Victoria Street rather than Belfast Central.

On Sundays, there is a service every hour and a half in either direction to Great Victoria Street or Larne Harbour.

Famous quotes containing the word service:

The true courage of civilized nations is readiness for sacrifice in the service of the state, so that the individual counts as only one amongst many. The important thing here is not personal mettle but aligning oneself with the universal.
    Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel (1770–1831)

Old books that have ceased to be of service should no more be abandoned than should old friends who have ceased to give pleasure.
    Peregrine, Sir Worsthorne (b. 1923)

But when with moving accents thou
Shalt constant faith and service vow,
Thy Celia shall receive those charms
With open ears, and with unfolded arms.
    Thomas Carew (1589–1639)
