Clear Water Academy offers all regular classes taught at most schools, from science, to English, to social studies. Options include art, drama, and choir, and, in grade 11-12, the option of either Physical Education 20 and 30, or Physics 20 and 30. Clear Water Academy was recently ranked number 1 in Alberta by the Fraser Institute in 2011, based on Provincial Achievement Test marks for students in grades 3 and 6.
