On May 17, 2013, Judge Eileen Rakower of the Supreme Court of New York County issued an order and summary judgment against Claude Grunitzky and TMM Group, Inc. finding Grunitzky liable for damages of $127,796.69 and TMM Group liable for $1,051,504.41. This action arose from a claim by Martin Operating Corp. that TMM Group failed to pay rents owed, that TMM Group failed to vacate the rented property and that Gruznitzky was personally liable as a "Good Guy" guarantor of TMM Group.
