Background

The book was originally going to be titled Class A 'Drugs, Cars & Guns however it was deemed too inappropriate for a children's book. Instead the title Class A was used. Furthermore, it was thought by the American publishers that many people in America would not know what was meant by 'Class A' and therefore he renamed it 'The Dealer'. As a further order from a major book club, 5,000 copies were to be printed with the name 'The Mission' as they didn't like the original title.
