Tartans
Kerrs, being Border Reivers, were horsemen, and did not wear kilts, nor wear tartans until Victorian era fashion created a need. Kerr tartans are not significant to the clan history, but are an artifact to Kerr position in Victorian British society.
Clan Kerr has Three recognised tartans:
- Kerr (Modern)
- Kerr (Hunting)
- Kerr (Muted)
