The Civil Defense State Agency of Puerto Rico has a central office located in Santurce, San Juan, Puerto Rico and 11 zones throughout the island located in Aguadilla, Arecibo, Carolina, Fajardo, Guayama, Gurabo, Humacao, Mayaguez, Orocovis, Ponce, and San Juan.
