The District operates six schools for grades K-12 across the district.

- Churchville Elementary School (K-4)
- Fairbanks Road Elementary School (K-4)
- Middle School (5-8)
- Ninth Grade Academy (9) - located in Junior High School building
- Senior High School (10-12)
