Story
The player takes on the role of a member of the Llhedar species, who, because of their psychic abilities and the fact that they never give up until the goal is complete, are well suited for missions such as those in this game. The primary mission of the game is to free the planet Skyla from an alien invasion and the powerful entity known as "Twime." Little is known about Twime; she seems indestructible because of her ability to exist simultaneously in two different times. The player is able to teletransport between the two times by using the "Dual Time," a machine created by the sages of Skyla, the Wise. A secondary objective of the game is to avenge the main character's brother, Nash.

Famous quotes containing the word story:
“No one can write a best seller by trying to. He must write with complete sincerity; the clichés that make you laugh, the hackneyed characters, the well-worn situations, the commonplace story that excites your derision, seem neither hackneyed, well worn nor commonplace to him.... The conclusion is obvious: you cannot write anything that will convince unless you are yourself convinced. The best seller sells because he writes with his hearts blood.”
—W. Somerset Maugham (18741966)
“If we are on the outside, we assume a conspiracy is the perfect working of a scheme. Silent nameless men with unadorned hearts. A conspiracy is everything that ordinary life is not. Its the inside game, cold, sure, undistracted, forever closed off to us. We are the flawed ones, the innocents, trying to make some rough sense of the daily jostle. Conspirators have a logic and a daring beyond our reach. All conspiracies are the same taut story of men who find coherence in some criminal act.”
—Don Delillo (b. 1926)
“A good story is one that isnt demanding, that proceeds from A to B, and above all doesnt remind us of the bad times, the cardboard patches we used to wear in our shoes, the failed farms, the way people you love just up and die. It tells us instead that hard work and perseverance can overcome all obstacles; it tells lie after lie, and the happy ending is the happiest lie of all.”
—Kathleen Norris (b. 1947)
