Christie Cole

Christie Cole is a beauty queen from Houston, Texas who has competed in the Miss Teen USA pageant.

Cole won the Miss Texas Teen USA 1998 title in a state pageant held in late 1997. She represented Texas in the Miss Teen USA 1998 pageant where she made the top ten. The pageant was the second in history to not be broadcast live, this time due to legal troubles of President Bill Clinton. At the last minute, pageant officials decided not to go with the "Hurricane Option" (crowning more than one finalist at the pageant and keeping the real winner's identity secret until the taped event could be broadcast), and airing the pageant on a tape-delay from Shreveport, Louisiana in August 1998. The pageant was won by Vanessa Minnillo of South Carolina.

In 2001, Cole competed in the Miss Houston USA pageant, and won both the Congeniality and Photogenic awards. She later competed in the Miss Texas USA 2002 pageant, one of six former Miss Texas Teen USA titleholders who participated in the event. This was her first and final attempt at the title.
