PBA Career

On August 3, 2012 he declared for the 2012 PBA Rookie Draft after years of focusing to the SMART Gilas Pilipinas National Team. The draft took place on August 19 at Robinson's Midtown Mall. He was selected 7th overall by the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters during the 1st round. However before the season started, he occurred an hamstring injury during practice but even though he still managed to play on their very game of the season against the Petron Blaze Boosters where they won 102-86 but his PBA debut was cut short when he re-injured his hamstring during the second quarter of the game, he scored 1 point to go along with 2 assists in forty minutes on his PBA debut. Sources say that because of his injury, he may miss two or three games before he could finally recover. On November 25, 2012, he returned to the floor and played against Barangay Ginebra Kings. He played for only 38 minutes because he hasn't fully recovered from his hamstring injury. He contributed 2 points and 3 personal fouls to the team.

Famous quotes containing the word career:

Whether lawyer, politician or executive, the American who knows what’s good for his career seeks an institutional rather than an individual identity. He becomes the man from NBC or IBM. The institutional imprint furnishes him with pension, meaning, proofs of existence. A man without a company name is a man without a country.
    Lewis H. Lapham (b. 1935)
