Cherith Baldry

Cherith Baldry (born on 21 January 1947, in Lancaster, England) is a writer of fantasy fiction. She grew up on a farm and worked with house cats. For a while, she took up the job of teaching, but gave up in order to become a full-time writer. She currently lives in Reigate, England. Baldry collaborates with Kate Cary, Tui T. Sutherland and Victoria Holmes under the pen name of Erin Hunter. They write a series of books called Warriors, in which wild cats strive for peace in their territories. She also wrote the second and sixth novels for the Seekers series.
