Charles "Charlie" Banks is a fictional character on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live. He was portrayed by Brian Kerwin from October 25, 2007 to May 11, 2011. He re-appeared on December 12 & 13, 2011 when Viki returned to Paris, Texas.
