Famous quotes containing the words charles, crown and/or prince:

    But if that Golden Age would come again,
    And Charles here rule as he before did reign;

    I’ll make thee glorious by my pen
    And famous by my sword;
    I’ll serve thee in such noble ways
    Was never heard before;
    I’ll crown and deck thee all with bays,
    And love thee more and more.

    No! I am not Prince Hamlet, nor was meant to be:
    Am an attendant lord, one that will do
    To swell a progress, start a scene or two,
    Advise the prince.
