Chariz started her showbiz career when she joined in the reality-based artista search in Philippines, StarStruck: The Next Level but she failed to join the final 14. Despite this, she then appeared on several GMA Network shows like Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan, My Only Love, and the latest, Babangon Ako't Dudurugin Kita where she played as Jadane, the bad step sister of Salve (Yasmien Kurdi). She also appeared on My Best Friend's Girlfriend where the critics found out that she was able to shine in her comic supporting role. She's a co-host in other segments of Startalk and Bitoy's Funniest Videos
