The Chaotic Wrestling (CW) Heavyweight Championship is a professional wrestling championship in Chaotic Wrestling. It is the primary championship in the promotion.
The current champion is Brian Milonas. He defeated Brian Fury and Todd Hanson in Lowell, Massachusetts, at Cold Fury 12 on March, 1, 2013.
